The creative industry not only suffers from a massive gender imbalance but there’s also a lack of female creative leaders at the top.
Seeing more women in creative leadership roles is the only way we can create a change. By empowering and supporting female leaders we can make them more visible.
We want aspiring and current female leaders to join in the conversation – share their stories, journeys and tips. Get empowered, inspired and realise that they can unlock their full potential and achieve things they once thought were impossible.
